Job Description
About the Role:
- Prepare and manage periodic risk profile and bank soundness reports in compliance with OJK and other regulatory requirements
- Ensure risk reporting is accurate, timely, and provides meaningful insights into risk conditions and trends for management
- Monitor risk appetite and tolerance through effective data collection and risk analysis
- Collaborate with business units and support functions to ensure alignment between business strategies and defined risk limits
- Develop, review, and update risk management policies and procedures in line with regulatory changes and business needs
- Support strong risk governance practices by coordinating across functions and driving effective policy implementation
- Maintain systematic risk documentation, including Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and loss incident reports
- Improve efficiency in risk recording and tracking to enable data-driven decision making
