The risk control team takes charge of carrying out risk identification and evaluating the design and operational effectiveness of internal controls across all of ByteDance's global functions. The team's goal is to become a trustworthy advisor and bring real-world value to the company through smart, all-compassing risk management practices and proactive internal controls advisory support.
