The Risk Management Officer supports the organization by identifying potential operational risks across various processes, departments and functions. The Risk Management Officer collaborates with the Risk Management Associate and other departments to develop and implement risk management frameworks, policies and controls ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Regular risk assessment, preparing risk reports, maintaining risk registers and contributing to business continuity planning.
• Measuring, monitoring and analyzing information or data to come up with complete, correct risk assessment and proper mitigation plan.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Risk Management, Operational Risk, Audit, or Compliance preferably within banking or financial services.
