Risk Manager (Securities Brokerage)

We are seeking an experienced Risk Manager to join our securities brokerage business in Singapore. The role is responsible for overseeing the firm's overall risk management framework, ensuring effective identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of risks across trading, operational, market, credit, and compliance risk areas. This role also provides regional leadership and oversight of risk team members in both Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring consistent risk standards and governance across entities. Key Responsibilities
1. Risk Management Framework
Develop, implement, and maintain the firm's enterprise risk management (ERM) framework. Ensure risk policies and procedures are aligned with regulatory requirements and business strategy.
