Risk Officer & Quality Controller

This role will support Lifecare in maintaining strong standards around risk management, file & record quality, documentation, client communication, conduct of business, audit readiness, and regulatory discipline.

The successful candidate will work closely with business teams to review SOP adherence, files, identify process gaps, track control issues, support audit readiness, and help ensure that our day-to-day work reflects the standards expected of a regulated UAE insurance brokerage.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, highly objective, process-driven, and confident in challenging incomplete or gaps-in-quality work in a constructive way.
