Position Description:
The RMA technician performs quality control inspections, checks, and tests of products and supplies to determine if received items meet the Requirements needed for the business. The technician records data, takes appropriate pictures and maintains completed records of inspections. The technician also assists Operations and Quality Manager with investigations into part discrepancies. The technician is familiar with standard inspection concepts, practices, and procedures and the use of calibrated measuring and test equipment ranging from handheld tools to sophisticated electronic analyzers.
