**Steady Nights 7pm to 7am**
Rotation with rotating weekends and holiday per policy

**THE UNIT:**
**Allegheny General’s 7A Unit is 40 beds**
**Patients will be Neuro, cranies, strokes and some backs**
**Cervical and lumbar surgery, post-op pituitary tumor resections, “strokes”- accredited stroke certified unit, brain tumors-resection/radiation, MVA, gunshots, encephalopathic brain cases of unknown origin-Rabies, lymes, cruechfelt-jacob; Guillian bare, myasthenia gravis; off-service medical patients.**

+ 5 state of the art ICU’s
+ State of the art Cancer Center
+ 550+ Beds
