RN Clinical Unit Leader - Maternal Child Administration - Full Time - Nights

Schedule: 3-12 Hour Shifts from 6pm-6:30am; Weekend and holiday requirement
Location: Henry Ford Jackson
Preferred Experience:Experience in post-partum, labor and delivery, nursery or pediatrics, along with leadership experience.
GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Clinical Unit Leader (CUL), under general supervision from the unit manager and/or director, and in accordance with policies and guidelines established within the organization and individual unit, priority is to function as shift supervisor and clinical liaison with staff, physicians, and management, providing continuity of leadership day to day. The CUL, in conjunction with the unit manager, acts as a supervisor, role model, mentor, coach, and resource person to staff to ensure that all unit standards are maintained and a team-oriented work environment is maintained.
