Staff Nurse - Float Pool

Nurses in our float pool will spend time on most inpatient units in the hospital, except for peds, PICU, mother/baby, NICU and OR. They gain varied experiences working with all patient populations and take advantage of an 18-month fellow position for new graduates that float to the five med-surg units
