Job DescriptionUnder the supervision/collaboration with an Anesthesiologist and/or surgeon/attending physician, performs a variety of professional patient care duties, such as: - evaluation of and administering anesthetics to patients for surgical, therapeutic, diagnostic and obstetric procedures- reviewing patient data to determine the equipment and anesthetic technique to be used- informing the patient regarding anesthesia procedures- observing, monitoring, and documenting the anesthetized patient’s condition- initiating remedial measures in response to patient’s condition- keeping current regarding methods and techniquesEssential Functions:- Equipment.
