Cedar Hills Hospital has an opening for a Nurse Manager in our inpatient behavioral health facility.
The Nurse Manager is responsible for ensuring coordinated delivery of patient care in accordance with the established standards of care, mental health practice and hospital policy, goals and objectives. They will provide safe and effective nursing care in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Cedar Hills Hospital and within the framework of established policies and procedures of the Nursing Department.
An ideal candidate will possess demonstrated leadership ability, the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and individuals, verbally and written. They will have the knowledge of therapeutic relationships, therapeutic processes, limit setting, behavior management, and crisis management of aggressive behaviors.
