**Department:** Women’s Services (Labor & Delivery, Antepartum, and Mother/Baby)
**Schedule:** Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | Weekday Schedule
**Baylor Scott & White Health Waxahachie** is seeking an experienced **RN Maternal Program Manager** to lead quality, education, and program initiatives across Labor & Delivery, Antepartum, and Mother/Baby services.
In this role, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive evidence-based practice, lead process improvement efforts, enhance patient safety, support staff education, and improve maternal and neonatal outcomes. The Program Manager will monitor quality metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and champion initiatives that promote excellence throughout the continuum of maternal care.
