Registered Nurse – Medical ICU (MICU)

A prominent private healthcare group is recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse to join a high‑acuity Medical ICU, delivering specialised, evidence‑based and compassionate care to critically ill patients. The role requires advanced clinical skill, sound judgement and the ability to coordinate holistic care within a multi‑disciplinary team.
Role Responsibilities
- Providing expert assessment, planning and implementation of specialised MICU nursing care.
- Acting as a clinical resource and patient advocate to ensure safe, high‑quality outcomes.
- Leading emergency interventions and maintaining best‑practice standards in critical care.
- Supporting continuous training, mentoring and professional development within the unit.
- Ensuring effective communication, teamwork and optimal utilisation of resources.
