This position requires a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room. The candidate must possess strong neuro experience. The assignment includes working with a variety of surgical cases, with a focus on spine and brain surgeries. The unit performs a high volume of general and neurosurgery, including craniotomies and orthopedic procedures, as well as robotic and some urology and plastic surgeries. The nurse will work with robotic surgical equipment and other standard OR tools. Documentation will be conducted using the Meditech system. The candidate should be friendly and compassionate with patients. The facility will provide scrubs for the role. Candidates must maintain clean and healthy grooming standards, with specific policies regarding nails, hair, and body art. Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited. Candidates should be prepared to float as needed within the unit. Attendance policies will be strictly enforced.
