Job Title: RN NICU
Location: Southfield, MI
Shift: Nights, 3x12s HPW: 36
Duration: 13-Week
Job Responsibilities
" Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality neonatal patient care
" Utilize the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
" Monitor and care for critically ill neonates
" Delegate and supervise care delivery within the unit
" Educate and support families
" Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
" Accurately document patient care and progress
Required Qualifications:
" Active Michigan RN License
" BLS certification
" Minimum 2 years Level 3 NICU experience (REQUIRED)
