In this important position, you will act as a Clinical Care Coordinator for our outpatient Hematology/Oncology Clinic patients.
Here's some of what you'll be doing day to day:
+ Serve as the main point of contact for patient needs in the outpatient hematology oncology clinic
+ Provide education to new patients starting chemotherapy or other treatments
+ Coordinate infusion scheduling and treatment-related planning
