Travel Registered Nurse - Stepdown Cardiac
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Stepdown Cardiac Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1.5 years in Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit experience License: Any state RN license Certifications: BLS, NIH required; ACLS preferred Must-Have: Must have experience in a 1:5 patient ratio environment. Must possess EPIC experience. Must pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment. Must be competent to manage IV drips such as heparin, nitroglycerin, amiodarone, and insulin. Must be available to work every other weekend and holiday. Description: Candidates should have experience in managing patients with heart failure, chest pain, NSTEMI, and COPD exacerbation.
