At BAYADA, you’ll provide 1:1 home care for children in Winston-Salem and nearby communities. With flexible schedules, weekly pay, and hands-on clinical support, you’ll deliver compassionate care in a rewarding, family-centered setting.
**What BAYADA Offers**
+ $29–34/hour in Piedmont Triad Area (including weekend and overnight differentials)
+ Full-time, Part-time, and PRN
+ Daytime, Evening, and Overnight Shifts
+ 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
+ No Weekend Requirement
+ Commitment Bonuses: 5k-10k depending on commitment
