Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Pre-op- admitting patients, starting IVs, verifying consents and medical clearances are in place
  • PACU- Receiving patients from the Operating Room into recovery, assessing vital signs, pain levels, patient education, discontinuing IVs
  • Transporting patients to and from the Operating and out of the facility via stretchers and wheelchairs
  • Both positions would require using our computer EHR system which is SIS Charts (surgery center EHR)
  • Case volume 30-60 per day (600 per month)


Qualifications

  • Active CT RN license
  • Prior pre-op/pacu experience
  • BLS & ACLS
  • Knowledge of aseptic technique, anesthetic agents and complication


Schedule/Shift :

Monday - Thursday

6:30am - 4:30pm
