Job Description

<.>ICU Registered Nurse Critical Care Unit (Boise Hospital, Floor 3)

Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM 7:00 AM), every other weekend

Hours: 36 hours/week

Setting: Acute Care Intensive Care Unit (ICU)



Key Requirements


  • Minimum 2 years of ICU experience

  • Active RN license (required for submission)

  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

  • BSN not required



Role Overview


  • Provide critical care to patients in a combined SICU (16 beds) and MICU (16 beds)

  • Manage 1:1 to 1:2 patient ratios

  • Administer and titrate critical drips (e.g., Dopamine, Norepinephrine, Insulin)

  • Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms independently
