PD, CRRT, SLED, EPIC and Prismaflex experience required (can sub if one is missing)
Must have ACLS prior to start
Call: May cover weekend call in rotation
Float: No
Clinic Days: 7 days
Clinic Hrs: Days only
Hrs/Shift: 10
Gtd Hrs/Week: 40
Machines Used: Fresenius T
