# beds/trauma bays - 11
Do you have a Fast track - no
Do you have a separate Triage area & do you allow/require travelers to do Triage? Direct bed till full then quick triage
"Do you have a separate holding area in the ER or are ER holds intermixed w/in the ER?
Do ER RN's manage their own ER holds? ER RN do everything in ER
Do you have separate Psych/seclusion rooms? Room 3, standard ER RN assignment
In-house Security - Yes
# patients per day - 37
Ratios - 1:3-4
Required Certifications - BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
Common diagnoses/Types of patients - ER type
Experience or 'Must have' skills - Independent thinker, self motivated - Traveler MUST have 2-3 years experience
ED Physicians/Mid-Levels - 1 doc, 12 hr shifts
Charge Nurse/House Supervisor - Triage RN = charge RN= pts ...
