JOB SUMMARY
Provide operational oversight of nursing and provide direct client care including physical health monitoring. In the absence of a nurse, administer medications, assess symptoms, and evaluate patient progress.

Provide injections, medication support, diagnostic reviews, case consult, crisis intervention, and targeted case management services to assist clients with basic needs and symptom management. Accurate and timely documentation as contractually required and meet minimum billable requirements for direct client services.
