Job Description
In accordance with approved policies and procedures, provides quality care in an effort to achieve the best possible clinical outcomes including treatment and prevention of injuries. Oversee Nursing department clinical protocols. Develop, implement, and maintain orientation procedures, nursing skills competency, and training programs. Work with administration and care teams to develop and implement processes and procedures in accordiance with current quality metrics. Must be able to interact with all members of the health care team and assist with the implementation of the care plan through a multidisciplinary care planning process as well as managing a panel of high risk patients.
