- Coordinate patient assessments through the collection of health data.
- Analyze patient assessments to determine nursing diagnoses and identify expected outcomes.
- Develop an interdisciplinary plan of care with prescribed interventions to attain expected outcomes.
- Implement interventions identified in the plan of care, collaborating with the healthcare team.
- Evaluate the patient's progress toward achieving the outlined outcomes.
