Job Description
We are looking for a Road Supervisor, responsible for supervising the construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance of sections of a 120 km mining access road serving a remote mining project in the Amazon region. The role requires strong field leadership, hands-on road construction expertise, and proven experience working in tropical environments characterized by heavy rainfall, challenging terrain, remote logistics, and difficult access conditions. The successful candidate will lead local work crews, coordinate equipment and subcontractor activities, ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, and maintain road accessibility to support mining operations.
