Salary: £25,080.80 - £30,532 Per Annum, dependent on experience and qualifications (£31,351- £38,165 Full-Time Equivalent)
We are recruiting a Band 5 Registered Nurse / Paramedic to join our new roaming role across both our Inpatient Unit and Community End‑of‑Life Urgent Care Service. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across two specialist areas while delivering high‑quality, compassionate palliative and end‑of‑life care.
About the role
- Provide holistic, evidence‑based nursing care for patients with complex palliative and end‑of‑life needs in both hospice and community settings.
- Support clinical decision‑making, symptom management and rapid response to deteriorating patients to help maintain preferred place of care.
