Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure product quality, workmanship, and process compliance in alignment with company manufacturing objectives
- Follow all safety guidelines, monitor proper use of safety devices, and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Maintain compliance with company policies, work rules, and regulations
- Perform all welding operations in accordance with required methods, processes, and certifications
- Operate and set up automated and robotic welding cells, including restarting equipment following minor faults
- Operate and set up resistance welding equipment
- Interpret welding specifications and engineering drawings and perform weld inspections and evaluations
- Troubleshoot welding processes, automated fixtures, and welding machinery as needed
