The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering, with at least 2-3 years' experience in related fields.
Knowledge in PLC and C++ is advantageous. This position requires strong communication skills, time management, and the ability to work under pressure, along with a proactive customer-focused attitude.
