Responsibilities- Develop instructional content for training programs following the organization’s methodology, ensuring deliverable quality and generating all required supporting documentation.
- Design curriculum maps, evaluation rubrics, and the activities required to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Deliver training sessions (on-site or remote) to groups or individuals; prepare instructional materials and aids; and generate and maintain required administrative documentation (reports, evaluations, summaries).
