Position Title : AI Engineer
Top 3 Skills:
1. Experience developing with OpenAI
2. Comprehensive skill set: Not only an executor but also experienced in bug fixing, creating prompts, and maintaining AI applications.
3. Bilingual communication (N2 level or higher): Ability to converse in Japanese with internal stakeholders and create documentation.
Responsibilities

• Test, deploy, and maintain AI systems
• Collaborate with other engineers to integrate AI into broader system architectures
