:Onboarding clients and survey content into the Prevalent cloud hosted platform
Distribution of information risk surveys to our clients’ requested third parties
Addressing client queries through first line support by articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and following basic troubleshooting steps
Monitoring and managing assessment completion rates through effective communication channels with third parties
Conducting analysis on completed survey content and industry reports
Managing third party risk remediation activities with the support of the Prevalent Professional Services Team
Engaging in client touch points to provide updates on progress in collaboration with the Prevalent Customer Success Team
