This role is integral in supporting the religious and spiritual needs of residents and staff, ensuring access to worship, pastoral care, and faith-based activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide religious and pastoral care to prisoners and staff, including sacramental provision where appropriate.
Lead worship, prayer, and meditation sessions.
Support residents in their spiritual journey and contribute to their rehabilitation.
Offer guidance and mentorship to chaplaincy volunteers.
