Roof Facade Copping Panel in broken condition

During routine inspection we found that the Roof Facade Coping panels (02 nos) near swimming pool are in broken condition. The damage is clearly visible from swimming pool area. The panel welding is broken and in hazardous situation. This damage is due to ageing and rusting of the panel. These damaged panels need to be reinstated/replaced immediately as the adjacent area might also get damaged due to the entry of air by wind force which may lead to a more hazardous situation. Need to apply proper weatherproof silicon at panel joints. This should be done by rope access only.NOTE: Kindly do the site visit before submitting the Quotation, we will not accept any variation after.
