Job Description
We are seeking multiple Residential and Commercial Metal Roof Plumbers to join our client’s team. With several ongoing and upcoming commercial roofing projects across Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas, this is a great opportunity for both developing and experienced tradespeople.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, repair flashings, metallic roof and wall claddings and rainwater products such as gutters and downpipes.
- Perform roof inspections and diagnose issues including leaks, flashings, penetrations, and fittings
- Read and interpret building plans and specifications for accurate job setup
- Measure, cut, and install sheet metal, roofing components and rainwater goods
- Install waterproofing systems, including membranes, ensuring full compliance with standards
- Ensure correct roof fall, drainage and adherence to Australian building codes
