The Durable Slate Company is an award-winning historic roofing contractor established in 1986. We specialize in premium historic roofing services, including slate, copper, and clay-tile roofing, and are known for our commitment to quality, integrity, and preservation excellence.
We Are Looking for a Roofing Production Manager Who:
+ Has experience in slate and tile roofing (preferred); shingle experience is acceptable too
+ Demonstrates team-oriented leadership skills
+ Is proficient in Microsoft Office
+ Familiar with planning and scheduling roofing projects
+ Is able to lift up to 50 pounds
+ Maintains a valid driver’s license with no more than 4 points, ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
+ Is comfortable working at heights using ladders, lifts, scaffolding, and related equipment
+ Possesses strong communication skills, with experience working with both customers and staff
