We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Room Service Supervisor to join our F&B team. You will assist the IRD Manager in leading the room‑service team, ensuring high‑quality service and operational efficiency.

• Assist the IRD Manager in leading and supervising the room‑service team.
• Ensure room‑service operations run smoothly and meet service standards.
• Train and motivate staff to maintain professional standards and attention to detail.
• Handle guests’ needs and deliver exceptional service for high‑profile clientele.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest requests and resolve issues.

• Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in a similar role at an upscale 5* hotel or resort.
