Job Description
As a **Rooms Division Intern** , you will be at the heart of the hotel’s operations. This role is designed to provide a 360-degree view of the Rooms Division, rotating through the **Front Office** and **Housekeeping** departments. You will learn to deliver IHG’s signature service while ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities:
**1. Front Office & Guest Services**
+ Assist with the guest check-in and check-out process using the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS).
+ Provide a warm welcome to guests, managing inquiries and providing information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
+ Handle guest requests and complaints with empathy, ensuring a swift and professional resolution.
+ Support the Concierge and Guest Relations teams in creating personalized experiences for VIP guests and IHG One Rewards members.
