The Roving Maintenance Plumber is responsible for performing plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations across multiple properties or facilities within the assigned area. This role requires mobility, flexibility, and the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues independently while ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Travel between assigned properties to perform plumbing maintenance and repair tasks.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, blockages, faulty fixtures, and pipe damage.
- Install and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, valves, and fixtures (sinks, toilets, faucets, water heaters, etc.).
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing systems.
