We’re looking for experienced RPO Recruiters who excel in direct sourcing, ATS management, and high-volume hiring.
- Direct sourcing through research, referrals, social media, and cold outreach
- High-volume recruitment for industrial and admin/clerical roles
- Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates
- Manage and maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Collaborate with Lead Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Clients
- Support recruitment campaigns, webinars, and sourcing initiatives
- Provide insights and consultative feedback on sourcing strategies and timelines
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in blue‑collar / high‑volume recruitment
- Strong internet research and advanced sourcing skills
- Experience using ATS platforms
- Advanced English communication skills (able to work with US stakeholders)
