Responsibilities
- Deliver instruction, interactive demonstration and e‑learning to staff at 22 CACCs, 9000+ Paramedics and other Ministry stakeholders, including ORNGE, province‑wide.
- Provide application and product training to both technical and non‑technical users.
- Document and deliver PSRN training documentation and overall training strategy, including training plans for each CACC and consideration of each centre’s unique needs.
- Assist in the development, design and quality assurance of all training material related to the PSRN project.
- Recommend training tools as required and provide hands‑on supervision and interactive demonstration.
- Evaluate individual participant performance, provide feedback, recommend further training if needed, and administer and grade variable written and/or practical examinations and certifications. ...
