Must Have Skills
- 5+ years of experience working with federal/provincial/broader public‑sector healthcare providers
- Demonstrated experience leading large I&IT Transformational projects with complex stakeholders and high visibility impact in public sector
- Demonstrated experience in working with clinicians and other health sector stakeholders to identify their business needs, and translate them into concise and complete requirements under tight deadlines
- Gathering and developing requirements in order to create and maintain a detailed project schedule, timelines, resource and integrated plan
- Developing detailed project management documentation
Public Sector Experience
- Knowledge of Public Sector Enterprise Architecture artifacts (or similar), processes and practices, and ability to produce technical documentation that complies with industry standard practices
