Must-Haves:
- Extensive knowledge of P25 radio technology acquired through a minimum of eight (8) years of design and/or support, preferably in a Motorola environment
- Minimum of five (5) years in a supervisory position managing and/or administering a P25 radio network
- Hands‑on experience with voice and data encryption equipment such as KMF, KMF workstation and KVL
- Hands‑on experience using Motorola ZoneWatch, the Provisioning Manager software (PM) and Unified Event Manager (UEM) or equivalent
- Proficiency in producing various report as they related to the LRC use of the LMRN
- Demonstrated project management skills
