1. Ensuring proper implementation of Customer Specific Requirement (CSR), update and verify the implementation
2. Update/Review / Training for CSR (OEM) and OE Customer Activities (SSAS, G-MSA, Shop-floor audit (Isuzu), etc. to ASEAN Plant (Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Thailand)
3. Support customer complaint handling activities. Analyze, follow up, and respond to customer complaints with support from account/regional quality manager(s), plant quality, and central quality teams to ensure timely resolution of quality problems through structured problem-solving 4. Monitor customer satisfaction and quality status through customer-released data, report status to Plant, YRC, and support action plans to close identified gaps.
