Job Summary: We are looking for an RSA Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) professional with 1 years of hands-on experience in supporting and maintaining IGA solutions and onboarding new applications into the platform. The ideal candidate Should have a good experience of RSA IGL/IGA (Aveksa) architecture, workflows, connectors, and troubleshooting, and will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, issue resolution, and application integrations as part of IGA lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities: Operational Support: Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues related to RSA IGA components (Aveksa Server, Connectors, Agents, etc.). Handle user access requests, approvals, certification campaigns, and provisioning/de-provisioning activities. Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement permanent fixes.
