Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Claim Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and knowledge of RTA-related claim procedures. Experience with claim management portals and Pro Claim software will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage insurance/accident claims accurately and efficiently
Coordinate with customers, insurance companies, and relevant departments
Maintain proper claim documentation and records
Follow up on pending claims and ensure timely resolution
Update claim information on internal systems and portals
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
Good English speaking and communication skills
