Job Responsibilities :
- Manage the end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) process, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform month-end and year-end close activities within specified timelines.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in audits by providing required documentation and explanations as necessary.
