Role Responsibilities & Job Description:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of RTR Accountants across APAC entities, managing workload allocation, performance expectations, and team capability growth
- Own and review the end-to-end RTR lifecycle including GL accounting, month-end/quarter-end/year-end close, and financial reporting to local entities and HQ
- Oversee tax compliance activities including Corporate Income Tax, VAT/GST, and WHT filings across multiple APAC jurisdictions
- Lead the full statutory audit process from planning through to CFO-level presentation, coordinating with auditors and key stakeholders across the region
