Rubber Press Operator

Seniority Level: Mid Career (2 - 4 yrs exp) Type: Contractor Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating Machinery: Setting up, adjusting, and operating molding presses or extruders.
  • Production Duties: Loading rubber compounds, pigments, and chemicals into molds, and removing finished products.
  • Quality Control: Inspecting parts for defects, such as flash (excess material) or improper curing.
  • Finishing Tasks: Trimming or grinding excess rubber from molded parts.
  • Maintenance & Safety: Performing minor machine repairs, troubleshooting, and following strict safety procedures (PPE, chemical handling).
  • Documentation: Completing production logs, check sheets, and reporting issues to supervisors
