<p>Manage and support Rubrik backup infrastructure in enterprise environments</p> <p>Perform troubleshooting for backup, restore, replication, archival, and SLA-related issues</p> <p>Handle L2 incidents, service requests, problem management, and escalations</p> <p>Monitor backup job health, cluster performance, storage utilization, and compliance</p> <p>Support backup/recovery for:</p> <p>VMware virtual machines</p> <p>Physical servers</p> <p>NAS workloads</p> <p>Databases (SQL/Oracle)</p> <p>Cloud workloads (AWS/Azure if applicable)</p> <p>Configure and manage:</p> <p>SLA Domains</p> <p>Replication</p> <p>Archival policies</p> <p>RBAC/access controls</p> <p>Execute backup validation and restore testing</p> <p>Work with storage, virtualization, Linux/Windows, and network teams during issue r...
